This regional conference will provide cutting-edge research, prevention strategies and intervention techniques to maximize child brain development. The goals for this conference are to: (1) present current research and prevention science on brain development of children ages zero through adolescence, and (2) provide evidence-based strategies and tools to promote healthy brain development aimed at children ages zero through adolescence and their families who are challenged by risk factors such as substance use, trauma, environment, violence and poverty.
